We hold the belief that ‘Happy Staff Makes Happy
Customer’. Happy and engaged staff always delivers
excellent service to customers and is motivated to
continuously improve, in particular when satisfied
customers show appreciation. We strive to cultivate a
happy working environment through various reward
schemes and a wide range of leisure activities, which in
turn increases the sense of belonging and loyalty, and
most importantly, work-life balance for staff. We value
every suggestion from our staff as they can always help us
understand our customers’ actual needs.
Visitors from locally and all over the world have sent their
compliments to us to show their appreciation. All these
further motivate and encourage our staff to excel. We are
pleased that our efforts are recognised by the ‘Hong Kong
Awards for Industries: Customer Service Award’.
